1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, expired, or tampered

  • The item is missing from your order

  • The packaging is open or leaking at delivery

Conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and sealed packaging

  • We may request photos of the damaged/incorrect items for verification


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

  • Items requested for return after 7 days of delivery

  • Free samples, gifts, or promotional items


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refund time: 5–7 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll request your bank details for NEFT transfer

If the item was damaged or incorrect, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • Or a full refund, based on your preference


5. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, only returned under the conditions above
